Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy :

  1. Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  2. Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times might be slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.
  3. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.
  4. To ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely.
  5. A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting the website. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
  6. Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
  7. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  8. We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery.
  9. We offer various shipping methods to ensure flexibility and convenience for our customers. These methods include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and national shipping.

Refund Policy :

  1. If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc. are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 15 working days.
  2. We do not take any responsibility for a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
  3. Wrong product received and Manufacturing Defect and Damage with proof of damaged product pictures. We will arrange for a reverse-pickup.
  4. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  5. A refund / replacement will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product or if  physical damage is not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  6. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or log in to your account to request a return. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  7. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  8. Delivery Inspection: When our delivery personnel (the "Delivery Boy") arrives with your product, please have your smartphone or a camera ready for video recording.
  9. Unboxing Video: Open the product packaging in the presence of the Delivery Boy, and record a video of the entire unboxing process. Ensure that the product, packaging, and any included accessories are clearly visible in the video.
  10. Issue Reporting: If you encounter any problems during the unboxing, such as damaged items, missing parts, or receiving the wrong product, please clearly document and describe the issue in the video.
    (Important Note: It is necessary to open the product in front of the delivery boy and make a video, otherwise no refund will be given)
